hi, I have several problems with this printer ever since I bought this model, chat and call with HP customer service, but they don't know their product and job at all. they only know how to blame the brand and product and make it seems that HP is on top the world. I even go out to the extend to go buy new Laptop and upgrade my Unifi, but the problem still occurred. and since HP CANNOT send any technician on site because we are not a VIP customer, i even get help from my Laptop Lenovo technician to check they said its from HP, I even get help from the TM Unifi Technician to check and also said is HP printer problem. seems its already out of warranty and HP won't even want to help and just ask to BUY a new printer... is this how the HP train their customer service?
