Acer Chromebook 314
Chrome OS

I recently moved house and my printer was off the internet for ten days. I received an email from HP Ink saying it had lost communication. I have now installed my new wifi on it and it works fine with my phone. The Chromebook will carry out scans and it is listed as my device printer. However, when trying to print, the preview page keeps on searching but will not find the printer ?  Help will be much appreciated. Thanks, Ed

Hi Betty,

The solution to my problem was to carry out a Power Wash on my Chromebook and that solved it. I did try to uninstall and reinstall HP but that did nothing. So all Chromebook users should do this if they have the same problem. Thanks Betty for your help.
