 I moved house and could not get broadband for nearly two weeks. That meant that my printer could no longer communicate with HP. When I eventually got connected, I had trouble getting the new WiFi  as it would not accept it.  I was advised to go to HP123 which helped me install it. So all is well now. Thank you.
