The HP DeskJet 2752e used to work fine but it is not working now, printer is connected to WiFi and it is printing the printer information page but not other documents. Printer ink is full, HP Smart app is installed. Need support to fix this issue so I don't have to spend $ outside for print and scans.

If your HP DeskJet 2752e printer is not working as expected, please follow these troubleshooting steps:


Check Connection:
 

  • Ensure your Wi-Fi network is stable. Restart your router and the printer to refresh the connection.
  • Verify that the printer is still connected to your Wi-Fi network by printing a wireless test report from the printer control panel.


Driver and Software Update:
 


Print Queues and Driver Settings:
 

  • Check if there are documents stuck in the print queue. Clear the print queue if necessary.
     
  • Verify that the paper type and other printing preferences are set correctly in your printer's settings. For instance, ensure it is set to plain paper if that's what you're using.

Perform a Printer Reset:
 

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it for a couple of minutes. Plug it back in and power it on to perform a basic reset.
