Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.
HP Recommended

My router is B715s-23c and I have setup wireless network for "WPA/WPA2-PSK". Any other device can connect to my network except the printer. If I change to "WEP" or no-encryption it can connect.

What could be the problem with "WPA/WPA2-PSK"? According to the specification it should support "WPA".

best regards,

Thomas

P.S. Same for WPS connection method and "convert USB device to wireless connection".

Problem solved. In my local network in addition to B715s-23c I have UAP-NanoHD and both broadcast WiFi with same SSID on 2.4. The printer is closer to B715s-23c and it tried to connect to it but always failed. Then (by accident) I disabled the Routers WiFi (B715s-23c) and then the printer connected to UAP-NanoHD. This works now.

In the end I can't say what was the problem. Two explanations:

- Several devices broadcast WiFi with same name

- Or: Printer can not work with B715s-23c
