Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there,

I changed internet provider and I received a new router that support WiFi 6 and other functions, but my printer stopped to work.

In the router's WiFi settings I can select WPA2 or WPA3 security, I selected WPA2 and I must set a password with letters, numbers and symbols or it doesn't let me confirm my password, so for example I used this password: WireLess23! (with exclamation point at the end).

Since the WiFi password changed from previous router, my printer disconnected from the network, so I connected it via USB, I installed Full_Webpack-1328_1-DJ3050_J610_Full_Webpack.exe, I chose to configure Wireless connection on the printer, I chose my wifi network, I inserted the password but after a minute it appears a screen telling me that there is an error connecting my printer to the wireless network.

I searched in documentation and I don't know if this printer supports WPA2 or if it has some limitations.

Someone could help me?

Thank you!

Cesare
