Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer says "not connected" after being shutdown for 2 weeks. Ive uploaded drives and what happens is it continues to say wireless not connected when I press the default the radio comes on for a second and then goes off.  Although this is an old printer it worked fine prior to being turned off. Can you please help?

I understand the printer is not connected to the network.

 

Print a network configuration page and share the results -

 

Follow these steps to print a network configuration page.

  1. On the HP product control panel, press the Wireless button (). The Wireless menu displays.

  2. Press the button () next to Print Reports.

    The product prints the network configuration page.

Follow the steps in the document to connect the printer to the network-Wi-Fi connection is lost after a router or network settings change
