Deskjet 3510
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

- Overnight my HP Deskjet 3510 printer was disconnected from our Verizon Fios wifi.  I am unable to reconnect the wireless printer to the network and receive an error message that MAC filtering may be enabled on my router.

- No updates were installed to any devices during this overnight time (or even within the last couple of weeks).  I tried going into my router to see if MAC filtering was enabled (it was not), I tried rebooting the router, printer and laptop.  I tried a hard reset of the router, I tried uninstalling the printer from our network and reinstalling using the HP software.  None of this worked.  I received a new router from Verizon which also resulted in the same MAC filtering message.  I have spent 6+ hours on the phone with Verizon to no avail.  I am able to connect the printer to my neighbor's Comcast router (secured) and can connect to my router as long as I disable WPA2 (unsecured).  How do I correct this so that my printer will connect to my Verizon secured network?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: 1. Press the Wireless button to access the Wireless Status screen. 2. Press the Settings button to access the Wireless Settings menu. 3. Select Restore to Default. 4. Confirm selection to restore defaults.

Once done, try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi.

Let me know if this helps.
