Product: HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer

I loaded the HP smart app to try to connect my chromebook to the HP deskjet 4100 now when I try to print a screen pops up says guest and ask for a password..  This same chrome book was connected to the 4100 printer  a while back but I changed internet companies and I have lost the print option ever since.
