Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

Since I changed my WiFi to a mesh system, printer will not connect to the WiFi.  I've seen posts that say if both 2.4ghz & 5ghz are on the same SSID, the printer won't connect.

Well, when I set up the Tenda Mesh system all my devices including the printer connected straight away as I used the existing Virgin router SSID and PW. Then after a couple of weeks or so the printer lost connection, and just won't connect. This printer is dual band so why won't it connect to either 2.4 or 5ghz? It's it really because both networks are on the same SSID? If so why did it connect at the start?

I cannot assign different network SSID to each band on my Mesh system, so does it look like I might have to look at purchasing another printer that only supports 2.4ghz?

Have been using it via USB cable these last few months but really need WiFi and the ability to use the app to print.

And help greatly appreciated, thanks.
