HP Officejet Pro 8500 All in One (A910)

Suddenly ca n no longer print from laptop or Android phone.  Tried reconnecting without any luck.  HP Print and Scan doctor finds no issue.  Printer is connected to WIFI network and WIFI network is connected.  Tried to connect the printer wirelessly and it says it can't recognize the IP address even though the IP address has always been the same.  I have tried resetting WIFI router, resetting the printer and reinstalling software but nothing works.

Hi @Andi16,

I'd like to help!

I understand you are unable to connect to a wireless network.

To assit better -

I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?

What is the operating system on your computer?

Is the printer connected to a home or a public network?

Meanwhile , please print a newtork configuration  page and share it

To print the network configuration page from the control panel

• If the device has a two-line display: PressSetup, select Network Setup, select Print Network Settings, and then press OK.

• If the device has a color display: Press the Setup button, select Network, select View Network Settings, select Print Network Configuration Page, and then press OK.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
