Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

HP ENVY 4520 is showing offline even though it is connected to the router and turned on. I have not had a problem before but now it is not printing.

I understand that you have an HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer and it appears to be offline when you try to print. I'll be glad to assist you with this case.

 

Please perform the steps from this HP article to fix printed offline issues in the Windows operating system.
