I'm trying to do first time set-up of Instant Ink, but can't get the printer to tell me it's email address ID required for this.
If I press the E-Print button it scrolls on 'connecting' then just returns to home screen. I can't print the test page with email ID either, as I'm out of ink and couldn't find it anyway on any of the pages I did manage to print out before the ink died.
If I go through Setup / Web services / Display Email Address; it also scrolls on 'Connecting' constantly and is stuck there.
I checked it is connected wirelessly, which is on and the blue light is on, and the network name appears (and IP address) so it appears to have internet connection ok.
Can you help please as I'm stuck in a loop, and all else has failed! I just want to get some ink so I can start using it. 😓
