Product: HP ENVY 6455e
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My brand new HP ENVY 6455e printer dis-connected from Wi-Fi today. When I go to HP Smart to re-connect it, HP Smart tells me that my printer is off and I can't add it to HP Smart - only, my printer is ON. Please help me.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer:

 

On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least three seconds.

 

Once done, please connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi.
