I have had this printer only for 4 months. It worked great till about 2 days ago when it suddenly went offline. I have tried reconnecting it to Wi-Fi (pushing button on the back) but it still refuses to connect. What do I need to do? I need my printer for my business. Please help!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer:

 

On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least three seconds.

 

Once done, please connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi.

ii have the same issue 😞 all the time so frustrating the reset button doesn't work  always work.  to turn off completely i have to unplug the printer for AC

To assist you better, are you using the same model printer as above?

To connect the printer to your wireless network, refer to - Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)

  • Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network. 
  • If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
  • This printer supports WPA encryption, check if the router is on the same encryption method. If using WEP or WPA-PSK+FT change it to WPA-PSK

You may also refer to - HP printer setup (Wi-Fi network) and HP printer setup (HP Smart app)

Use the HP Smart app to print.
