Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

My printer will not print.   I go to print, and the printer does activate, then says "printing,"  but nothing happens.  I've tried about 20x.   Oddly, the printer is listed as "scan only"  on my computer, so I don't know if that's the problem, nor how to fix it.   I did a wireless network test result print-out directly from my printer and it says it is connected and the signal quality is excellent and everything passed.  But if I use the HP doctor, it says it's not connected.  And yet, it clearly IS connected because it starts to print, but then stops.  So what is the issue and how do I fix it?

No one responded but I thought I'd update anyway.  I removed the printer from my devices and then added it again, and now it's working.
