Product: HP Envy 4524
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can't print from HP laptop, but can print from daughters  Have tried switching off and on. also uninstalled and reinstalled printer and software! HP Print and scan doctor doesn't sort the issue. Have looked on some previous questions and tried the suggestions but to no avail. Help!!!

So, i can print test prints and diagnostics reports. But can not print from word, excel or webpage. Anybody help me?
