I'm trying to print documents, the print job keeps telling me the printer is "offline".  The HP App shows the printer as being ready.  After troubleshooting numerous times, including unplugging/plugging in the printer, and restarting my computer, it still shows up as "printer offline" when I try to print anything.  Should I delete the printer & add it again?

I have exactly the same problem with an Envy 6032.
