HP Envy 5030
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello,

I've had my printer for roughly three years and it has, for the majority of time, worked well. Recently the Wi-Fi connection was lost so I set it back up on the printer. Since doing so the printing has become incredibly slow, so much so that it can take nearly 30 minutes to print one page on the draft quality setting.

The printer and laptop I am printing from are both connected to a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi booster.

Thanks,

Tom

What is the speed when you are printing internal pages from the printer menu or copy an original?

That will isolate possible printer from a computer source of the problem.

Thanks for the reply.

I have just copied on the printer with no issues. It printed as fast as it did before the problem.

Thank you for your help. I have reinstalled the drivers and this has resolved the issue.
