Product: HP ENVY 5032 All-in-One Printer

Our HP Envy 5032 won't respond to any device to print. It is showing that all is well in terms of power, ink, wifi connection etc

I have been through the Virtual Assistant troubleshooting steps and as suggested removed the printer from the recognised devices on my iMac. Now I can't add it again as it "Can't communicate with the printer" 

However, it doesn't connect to phones, ipads etc anymore to print either. 

I wondered if it was we recently changed router, but we have printed successfully since from both phones and mac since the change. 

I'm not sure where to go from here.....
