I cannot get my Envy 5530 to connect to WiFi.

 

It was working with my parents old internet provider (Kinetic), but when they switched to U.S. Cellular home internet it would no longer connect.  It displayed a No Filtering Fail error when trying to connect.  I took the printer to my house where I have T-Mobile home internet and I receive the same error.  My parents run Windows/PC and I run a MacBook.  On the print out it states that the MAC address filtering may be enabled on my router, but why would that be the case when my parents do not have a MAC product?

 

I have water many videos and performed a factory reset on the printer.  Nothing has worked.
