HP ENVY 5544 All-in-One Printer

I have a HP Envy 5540 all in one printer and has been playing up for a while but today it's not printing at all and I deleted the printer to try and set it up again but I can't get it connected again. I have tried the W-Fi direct and it sees it and I put the pin in but it says driver is unavailable and trying to set it up through HP Smart and sees it and says it's online so I select it and then a box appears saying select a different printer and now says the printer is offline.

 

I'm running out of ideas and getting bit fed up with it now, can anyone help please?

Hi

I tried those things in the link but didn't work unfortunately so connected it by USB in the end. Now it's connected by USB, can HP still see my ink status? as I'm paying for HP instant ink each month
