So ..  I moved house and all sorts of issues reconnecting my printer .. 

 

right now all I have is a flashing “info” light and nothing else 

 

blue WiFi light is missing 

 

turn it of and on ..  disconnected it ..  held down WiFi button for 3, 5 and 10 secs ...  the blue WiFi light briefly comes on but disappears immediately 

 

arrrrrrgh its driving me mad ...   what have I done? How do I get it back up and running 

 

btw the virtual agent is awful and I search YouTube and found nothing also

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's reset the Printer: 1. Lift the cartridge access door to expose the cartridge area. 2. While the cartridge access door is open, press and hold (the Power button) and Wireless button on the back of the printer for three seconds.

 

Once done, then try connecting the Printer again.
