Dear HP,
I want you to know that the HP Envy 6234 All-In-One printer I purchased from yourselves, which I paid £100 for, has been the worst I have ever used. It is plagued with printing and connection problems, from showing as offline and not being able print something, when statuses clearly show that it is connected ok to Wi-Fi and internet, to issues with HP ink drying up quickly in the cartridges because I haven't used it in a short while. I encounter a printing problem practically every time I use it.
You've been in the printer business for years and this printer model is an embarrassment to all your years of experience because it is absolute crap and your ink cartridges are flawed. This is the first HP printer I have owned and it is the last. I have stopped using this printer because it is so aggravating to use due to its problems, and I’ll by replacing it with one from that other big printer brand, Canon, who I know from previous experience make printers and cartridges that work well.
Cheers from not a satisfied customer.

Hi.
Thank you for your reply. I have done all what I can with the HP print doctor software, but this has unfortunately never permanently resolved the problems. I have had issues with this printer ever since I got it from HP. I also had print quality issues with the HP ink cartridges. If I didn't use the printer for a time, even for a short spell, the ink seemed to dry up and I got terrible prints, even though there was plenty of ink left in the cartridges. To resolve the problem each time it occurred, I had to take out the cartridges and soak the heads in a solution to unclog them. This action got the ink flowing again and, although the print quality was better as a result, it was still not good. Only buying and installing new retail HP cartridges properly rectified the issue. Furthermore, when I first got the printer from HP, I signed up to their Instant Ink service and I installed the Instant Ink cartridges they sent to me. However, the printer would never connect to my HP account for the service to work, even though I had registered it on the account and it was showing as the enrolled printer. Therefore, due to this communication issue between the printer and my account, I could not use the Instant Ink. The printer kept showing a message stating, “Cartridge cannot be used until enrolled in HP Instant Ink”. Web services was enabled on the printer and statuses showed it was connected to my Wi-Fi and the internet. At the time I went through troubleshooting with an HP representative, but I could never get the printer to work on the Instant Ink service. I also had problems when to trying to do printing on it directly from my phone. The print service app showed the printer was connected and present, but was not available or ready. Sometimes it would print after fiddling about and other times it wouldn't.
Overall, the printer appears to have inherent communication and ink problems. I encounter a printing problem practically every time I use the printer and it’s been the worst I have ever had from HP. I have given up on it now because it’s useless.

Thanks again for your reply. Howver, going through another troubleshooting session with HP tech support would be pointless as I have already done this and it did not fix the problems. I am raising a complaint with HP that this printer is problematic and is not fit for purpose. How has HP released such a poor quality product?
