I have the HP Envy 7640 e-All-in-One Printer Scanner. I have 3 mac OS devices and one windows device connecting to it wirelessly on our home wifi. After changing the wifi router (new SSID and password), at first everything was printing fine. Then the Mac's stopped working, and I have tried everything (apple support, they blame HP, all online support tools from HP) and nothing works. I have reinstalled twice, it starts working, than stops. I ran the ping test I saw in another support thread here and results were....
147 packets transmitted, 147 packets received, 0.0% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 1.962/25.508/268.680/44.497 ms
I do not know how to get live support from HP as they make that impossible. Any thoughts from anyone how to resolve, before I just go an get another (non-HP) printer?
Thanks so much for help

In the Mac OS "Printers and Scanners" system menu, if you remove all instances of your printer and re-add (using the + button) is the printer listed. If you then add it from here, what is the status shown by Mac OS in the main "Printers and Scanners" window?
Can you share the model information for your new Wi-Fi router?
