Product: HP Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One Printer - H711n
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My HP Envy 7855 keeps saying it's offline.  I've tried to work with the virtual assistant, but that isn't going well.  I've managed to delete the printer, but now I am unable to add it back.  I need help, and HP will not allow me to talk to anyone.
