Hi, Printer had been working fine. I then unplugged it, moved it to another room and plugged it in again. It came on, showing an hp logo a complete blue line and one of seven dots are blue. That’s it, no icons come, no wifi connection and the on/off button is unresponsive. Tried putting it on and off and the router on and off but nothing different happens. It appears to be comatosed. I would appreciate any advise to wake it up again.

I understand the printer is stuck on the initialization screen. A factory reset is not possible in this scenario.
Check if you can bypass this screen to access the home screen of the printer.
Reset the printer (Skip if tried)
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Reinsert the ink cartridges.
If this does not help, unplug the power cable and hold the power button down for 10-15 seconds and release it. Power on the printer and check.

I have an HP Envy Photo 7134 Printer. Printer had been working fine. It’s now only showing an hp logo a complete blue line and one of seven dots are blue. That’s it, no icons come, no wifi connection and the on/off button is unresponsive. Tried putting it on and off and the router on and off but nothing different happens. It appears to be comatosed. Please can you help me solve this problem. I have tried sending this query before but have not received any feedback. Thank you
