Product: HP ENVY 6432e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently lost connection to my wifi and couldnt figure out how to reconnect the printer. Then a few days ago moved to a diffrent appartment and thought it might solve the problem but no, nothing new.

It says in HP-smart app that its konfigured but not connected to wifi. Now i deleted the printer and tried to start all over but still it won't connect.

Is there any way to fully reset your account? and the printer? so i could just start all over. Worked like a charm first year so im a bit upset... 😞
