I've installed new ink cartridges, calibrated them and cleaned the printer heads, etc. I tried to print from my hp.print app my phone using WiFi and bluetooth. The page displayed on the screen and said connected and ready. The printer acted and sounded like it was printing, the cartridge moved back and forth, line by line and spit out each page but they were blank! I hit the print shortcut keys, Ctrl+P, again the pages showed in the display and connected and said printing. The printer did the same thing..nothing printed out on the pages. So, just now as a last ditch effort, I plugged the printer directly into my laptop USB port. I thought that perhaps the printer couldn't read the text, only knew the number of lines and pages and that was the problem. Unfortunately, that was also unsuccessful. Why won't my printer print!?!

Hi @DorinFla,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with your printer that prints blank pages.
Do you have the same issue when you make a copy on the printer standalone? (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware is working fine)
To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:
- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click herefor information on how to find the model number/product number).
- When was the last time your printer was working fine?
- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?
- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
Take care and have a great day ahead!
