It’s been very hot and didn’t use the printer HP Ink Tank 415 for quite a while. Just found out that the ink inside the tanks have dried up. Is it possible to remove the ink tanks to clean it?
thank you for any good advice how to make the printer works again

Hello @Budsby , how are you ?
No, ideally, as it has dried out, you should change the heads and check that it hasn't affected the hoses.
If you want, the Wizards below can help with this step.

Thank you Fabio for your advice. Yes ultimately I need to take it to the expert.
I was told, however, it is possible to clean the tanks and the hoses using distilled water mixed with isopropyl alcohol (50:50) and rinse off thereafter. Also to carry out head cleaning. Let's see how it goes if I will do it. Much obliged for your advice

Hello @Fabio_L32. In your message you mention that "the Wizards below can help with this step."
I presume you seem to wish to include a link for me to visit.
However the only link that you provided is for HP Service Center Locator.
Can you share with me the link about the Wizard to help me with te step to check that is the hoses have not been affected please.
Thank and kind regards,
