Product: HP laserjet 4302DW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have just purchased 3 HP Laserjet 4302DW's and installed them via WiFi to our network in 3 separate offices.

 

Whats the best way to allow Staff to use these printers at each location without having to try to install each one separately.

 

Should this be by using same IP on each printer / network.  Will this work or is their a better solution.
