Have installed HP Smart and followed setup using WiFi connected to HP Setup WiFi.  This fails and will not connect to the printer.  Also tried with a laptop (Windows 10) and an iPhone.  The printer is now in a state where you can't connect via WiFi (but it is visible) and if you try to re-run the setup using the HP Smart app, the attempt to connect to WiFi HP Setup asks for a password (for the printer's WiFi).  I have never set a password for the printer and don't know what it is - 12345678 does not work.  How can I system reset the printer to try again please?  Thanks in advance
