Hi Sandy

Thank you for the guide, however the list U sent has been tried before I posted my question to the forum.

FYI, I have total of 3 HP wifi printers, HP LaserJet 28W, HP InkJet 4K series Wifi too and now newly bought HP LaserJet 135W.

I only faced issue with 135W not with other 2 which work flawlessly.

I’m suspecting issue with the 135W not the iOS or any HP Smart App with other phone.

Maybe I try 1 more time to hard reset the 135W printer.

Pls share with me the guide to hard reset/restore for 135W as I’ve googled everywhere and couldn’t locate a straight forward answer.

Thank you for your patience and guidance.

regards

I understand that you want to perform a reset on the printer.

You might have to perform a NVRAM reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

I hope this helps resolve this issue completely.
