We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

HP Laser jet 200
macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am not able to connect the printer to the wifi.
I tried to change the password in order to meet WPA typical requirements.
I tried even to use WPS process but it still doesn't work.
With the ethernet cable, the printer works well and with USB as well
I also upgraded the firmware to the last one available.
The router is a Zyxel W3-SAP 9676 and it is configured in WPA/WPA2-PSK

Do you have ideas on how to fix the problem?

Let's try to restore the network settings:

Go to the Setup menu>Network Setup>Restore Defaults. Once done, try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi again.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accept as solution" button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

thank you for your suggestion.
I have already tried it, but it doesn't work.
Do you have any other suggestions?

We'll have to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.

Please do check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.
