Product: HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 color MFP M575f
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our office inherited MFP M575f . After factory reset the printer stopped receiving IP address. It shows Ethernet Connected and IP address as 0.0.0.0 jetdirect J8028E config sheet shows IPv4. We tried another factory reset and changing different ports on the hub and different cables.  When we received the printer it was working fine but it had the others office information as email and fax settings. We did the factory reset to clear out the settings, since then we are unable to get it on the network. 

Any help will be appreciated.
