Hello there!
I seem to be having issues with enabling web services for my printer: HP LaserJet MFP M141w
It prints perfectly fine and connects wonderfully with my laptop, but it has not been able to connect with my online web services account. I Googled some help, and went onto my HP Smart app > Printer Settings > Advanced Settings > Networking Tab and saw that web services was not enabled. However, when I clicked the enable button, it just spins forever (literally, I have waited HOURS)
I have already updated the firmware as much as the HP Smart App will allow me and I'm not using any proxy servers or anything like that. I do not understand why this is happening! I have also tried restarting multiple times, using the HP Print and Scan Doctor, checking all HP Smart App settings and local computer printer settings and just have not been able to pinpoint the issue. Like I said before, the printer is working just fine and connecting with my computer A++ but it just doesn't seem to be able to enable web services or communicate over that. Because of this, my account registers that I haven't printed anything and won't let me get any ink, so I think I should cancel my ink subscription. Any suggestions to solve this?
