Hi @Msilva1

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

It sounds like your HP LaserJet Pro 200 MFP M276nw is struggling to connect to your new router, even though the WPA password is correct. This often comes down to compatibility between the printer and the router’s security settings.

Try These Fixes:

Ensure the Router is Using WPA2-PSK (AES)

  • Some HP printers don’t work well with WPA3 or mixed encryption settings.
  • Log into your router settings and set Security Mode to WPA2-PSK (AES).

Disable MAC Address Filtering

  • If your router has MAC address filtering enabled, it may be blocking the printer.
  • Check your router settings and disable this feature temporarily.

Manually Assign a Static IP

  • If DHCP isn’t working, try setting a static IP for the printer:
    • Print a Network Configuration Page from the printer.
    • Find the MAC address and manually assign an IP in your router settings.

Reset Printer Network Settings

  • On the printer, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore Network Defaults.
  • Restart the printer and try reconnecting.

Try Connecting to a 2.4GHz Network

  • This printer only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, so ensure your router isn’t forcing a 5GHz connection.
  • If your router has band steering, disable it temporarily.

Since you’re unable to connect via USB due to your surgery, let’s focus on getting the Wi-Fi working. Let me know if any of these steps help, or if you need more guidance!
