Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019

Hello everybody. The server is geographically located in a different location from the printer, but they are connected to the router via vpn. They are located on different subnets, respectively. The problem is that the printer does not print from the server, the job appears in the print queue and disappears. Tried different drivers like ps, PCLmS, PCL 6 (v 7, 7.0.1). When printing using the ps driver, the printer hangs in print, and after a while a job error appears in the queue. Everything is fine within the printer's network. Maybe someone knows how to resolve the issue?

My problem is this, only this printer model has a problem, and when printing from the print server itself, it immediately goes into spooler mode and then into delete mode. Have you checked the issues?
