Hello,

Previous IT set an admin and password for the printer. Unfortunately, he didn't make a note..

I need to reset the password, i can access to the admministration page, but only basic features are available, others are under password.

HOW can i reset this password?

It is not possible in 2023 that, in a admin setup page, there is not a system to perform an hard reset or a software that can, with a direct connection, reset this password. Unbelivable.  A password anyone who set up the printer can decide, and that only HP could reset ..

i know there is the support, and also that this support has a cost..  ok. I think about call italian support. Thank you!
