So, HP's solution to the wireless printing issue I am now encountering since the last MS Windows 11 updates is to buy a new printer from HP...? Really...? I've jumped through countless hoops trying to get my HP OfficeJet 5660 & 5055 wireless printers to print but nothing works... Yes, I've downloaded the latest drivers and yes, I have done a lot of troubleshooting via HP and now, trying this community forum... Both printers were working fine - i.e., printing wirelessly - but after the last few Microsoft Windows 11 updates both printers - even though recognized by HP for the monthly charge for the ink & paper program - print jobs just languish in the print que as the little animate arrow icon goes round 'n round but nothing gets printed...
Has anyone else experienced this...? Also, HP doesn't really want to help because the warranty of said printers expired and, when entering the printer models, they don't even show in the list HP shows... So, does this mean the printers are obsolete and HP wants nothing to do with them...? My guess is, yes - HP could care less about the printing issues I am currently encountering because I don't have one of their shiny new HP printers... Sheesh...
