Why does the HP Officejet 250 all-in-one printer have to be connected to the internet in order to print? Seems crazy! My sales team have these printers so they can print while on the road. They don't have access to the internet in a lot of places. These printers are no good to us if that's the case. Help please

@KellyGage

I reviewed your post and I understand that you need to connect the printer to the internet to print.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I would like to inform you that you do not need to connect the printer to the Internet to print unless you are using Instant Ink cartridges.

How is the printer connected to the computer? Help me with the exact issue you are facing, and I will assist you accordingly.

Have a great day!
