HP Recommended
Product: Officejet pro 8020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer suddenly is offline and I cannot get the printer back online. I have run the steps outlined here - support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2026537-1681507-16

 

I used the "Diagnose & Fix"  option in the HP app. It did not fix it.

 

The printer worked for several years  in the current environment and now it will not respond to the HP app. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.
