Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Sorry, it just doesn´t work with my HP 9012 - the Wireless Device has disabled itself (although occassionally a print via "Direct-AD-HP OfficeJet Pro 9010" is possible!) - e.g. the blue led is not lightening, HP SMART App is not able to find the printer. The LCD Menu on the printer does not provide for Wireless Setup Wizard (it´s gone!) and I either can´t select Wi-Fi Protected Setup or WPS.
What should I do (e.g. Factory Reset) ?
