I hope there is someone out there that can help me. I am ready to run this printer over. I subscribe to All in One Instant Ink. I pay for the printer every month and my ink. This is my second one. They had to replace it already. It constantly disconnects and says that Printer is Offline. I have been on for hours with HP support multiple times. It will work for a day or so and then go right back. When I look at the screen, the Printer says it is connected to my Network. When I run the diagnostic test it says that it did not find any issues. However, when I open the HP Smart app it says that Printer is "Idle." I've downloaded all of the updates, reset the settings. I've done everything. Does anyone have any suggestions?
