Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

My question is pretty straight forward.  I purchased an HP Office Jet 5222 printer on Black Friday 2020.  When I set it up, it began double sided printing.  Over the past month, it has stopped printing double sided.  I have checked ALL of the settings to make sure that everything states YES it can print double sided and that it is set to have the document be double sided.  If you have had issues with this or could help me, please assist!  Thank you in advance!!!

Hello @Julie2011,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Search Windows for 'devices', and then click the Devices and Printers control panel setting in the results.
Right-click the icon for your printer model, and then
click Device Settings tab
Installable Options > Duplexer: installed

If not, change to installed.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Andreas
