I am unable to print and believe it has to do with the Wi Fi connection. The error message I receive when I try to print is: HP OfficeJet 5200 series "CD3826 is in an error state".
I have performed a wireless network test and it states a successful setup of your wireless printer. It still will not print and the solid blue light showing the Wi Fi connection is on, it is not blinking.
Please offer advice on how to get this corrected and I can print from my printer.
Thanks for your help,
dko5

@dko5
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help.
Let's try to reset the Printer here:
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

I apologize in the delay in getting back to you, but this did not resolve my issue. It may be an ink cartridge problem so I am waiting on new Instant Ink cartridges to arrive to try that. If that doesn't work, do you have a printer support phone number that I may get from you?
Thanks for trying to help and getting back to me!
