Product: HP OfficeJet 8022e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP OfficeJet 8020e printer.  While HP smart, says its ready, my laptop says its offline.  When I print a document it ends up stuck in print queue.  I use my smartphone as a hotspot that’s fairly reliable, stable. There is a multistep process to bring it back on line, power off/on computer, router, laptop, that is aggravating.  How to keep it from going offline?
