Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hello,

I added an admin password on my HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 but the password I used is not working. I would like to remove it completely. I've done a Semi-Full reset as suggested by HP agents in other community posts but that has not worked for me. What else can I try?

Hi,

Try following the 'To restore the printer to the original factory defaults' section on page 137 of its user guide and check for nay difference then:
