HP OfficeJet Pro 8720
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I am stuck in my progress to access my printer web interface.

I read about the possibilities to reset my device, already done two times ("Semi-Full Reset").

My problem in short:

I use this printer "HP OfficeJet Pro 8720" in my local netword. I already have configures the device for my in the best way but now I needed to make some changed. I wanted to access the web interface with Mozilla (latest version) and the static IP adress for my device and then it asks for username and password. Usually I am very well organized but this time I was lost.

Tried many possible combinations but nothing worked.

Last method was to reset my printer in the way mentioned several times in this community.
Now, the printer still asks for a password, but I dont know what to enter now. It should be a default one but there is no default password written in the device handout.

Any help or suggestions?

Thank you.
This method is working fine. Now all passwords are gone and I can reconfigure my device.
