HP Recommended

HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series printer no longer has Wifi function enabled.

 

Have restarted WiFi router and printer several times and tried to reset to Default Network settings, but only Ethernet option appears.

 

HP Network Configuratino page 802.11 states "You cannot use the device's wireless function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact your network administrator or the person who set up the device."

 

I set up the device (it is used for personal / home use). Can someone please assist?
